Jason Manford in new sex text shame

At it again … Jason Manford
90

SHAMED TV star Jason Manford was caught in a new sex scandal last night after exchanging lurid messages with a woman pal.

Manford, 31 — a married dad of three — exchanged hundreds of messages with the “gorgeous” 32-year-old blonde.

The pair’s internet flirting continued for 15 months, and the pal sent comedian Manford a topless photo of herself in the bath.

In November 2010, Manford quit his prestigious job presenting the BBC’s One Show after he was caught sending explicit Twitter messages to a fan.

Publicly confessing his shame to The Sun at the time, Manford admitted he had been “a d***head” but vowed: “I am a good dad, a good husband. From now I am going to be one for ever. That’s it.”

But today The Sun can reveal that just a year later, Manford was at it again.

The Facebook messages began on November 5 2011 when the woman contacted Manford, saying her eldest son was a fan of his.

Manford replied and the online exchanges began. He asked the woman to send him a picture, and she eventually gave him a topless snap of herself in the bath.

The pair sent each other a series of sexy messages too explicit to be published in a family newspaper.

Last night a source close to the woman said: “She was taken aback by the messages. At first they were very innocent. But then he started calling her ‘gorgeous’ and nicknamed her his ‘mistress’.

“She knew he’d been caught messaging women on Twitter before. She went along with it because she thought it was funny. She told me it was just a laugh and she was flattered by his attention.

“They would message each other into the early hours — he was on tour for quite a lot of the time.

“She said he was funny so she went along with him.

“I can’t believe that he would be stupid enough to do it again after everything that happened last time. It just proves that he didn’t learn his lesson.”

Manford and the woman even exchanged telephone numbers, although they never spoke on the phone or met up. The star did arrange tickets for her to see his stand-up show in Manchester in 2011, but messages cooled off in March 2012 before starting again in January this year.

A close friend of Manford and his wife Catherine said: “He will have to do a lot of making up to his family and his fans — will he ever learn?”

News of his lewd behaviour emerged as he began a promotions blitz ahead of his UK-wide “First World Problems” tour.

The tour runs from May until January next year, with audiences set to total 200,000 fans.

Last Saturday Manford was a guest on ITV1’s Jonathan Ross show, watched by 3.2million.

During the interview Manford played up his family man image, telling Ross about his “lovely” family and how “hard” he found it when working away from home.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun when he was first caught out in 2010, Manford told his army of fans: “I have only myself to blame.

“I have never felt so low. The fundamental thing is, I was a d***head. My wife has called me a d***head.

“We have had a serious sit-down about it and agreed that what we’ve got is worth fighting for. She’s fine and we’re fine. She hasn’t kicked me out.

“I don’t feel any less of a dad but I still feel I’ve let them down. I just hope they never find out.”

Manford, who lives with actress Catherine in a luxurious £800,000 detached home, promised to devote himself to his family.

He said: “I am a good dad, a good husband. From now I am going to be one for ever. That’s it.”

The comedian tearfully confessed to internet sex sessions with 12 female fans, including porn star Lucinda Turner.

He admitted: “If I was reading this about someone else, I’d think, ‘What an a***hole. How can he look at himself in the mirror?’

“There were ten or 12 people flirting, then with a few it went over the line. We would start off flirty, then innuendo and then a bit saucy. They were the moments I thought, ‘I shouldn’t be saying that’. It was just nice to have some interaction I suppose. But next morning I’d wake up and think, ‘Oh my God’. I don’t drink or do drugs, so it’s not like I’ve those to blame, just my own stupidity.”

Manford, who married Catherine in 2007, quit his role on The One Show to “concentrate on my family and tour commitments”.

He admitted Catherine was “disappointed” with his behaviour but had decided their marriage was worth saving. He added: “Hopefully me and my wife have another 60 years together. That is the most important thing.”

Days after the scandal, Manford joked about it during a gig in Newcastle.

He told the audience: “Nothing is going to embarrass me now. Basically, seven million people caught me w******. It’s bad enough when your mother catches you.”

Born in Salford, Manchester, Manford was a 17-year-old glass collector working in a comedy club when he launched his career by stepping up on stage after a performer failed to arrive. Six gigs later he was crowned the North West Comedian of the year.

He hit the big time when he appeared on Channel 4’s 8 Out Of 10 Cats, and has since performed two nationwide tours and sold tens of thousands of DVDs.

Manford is believed to have earned more than £2million and is set to earn at least another £1million from his forthcoming tour.

He is heavily involved in Comic Relief events, and is also set to host a new TV panel show called Good News, Bad News.

my new favourite band omg

Anonymous asked: what are your views on conspiracy theorys?

I’m interested by it. I’ve forever watching people like Charlie Veitch, Alex Jones, Jesse Ventura, Luke Rudkowski on youtube

It doesn’t mean I believe it. But it’s interesting. Atheists are generally anti-conspiracy theories. But I see it as something that can’t be proven or disproven, it’s not a scientific matter

Besides, people like Charlie veitch, stopped being a 9/11 truther after the bbc conspiracy road trip 9/11 episode. And still makes interesting videos. He’s more about anti-corporatism, anti-war, and anarchism. He’s protests scientology too which i love. He’s the founder of the love police, youtube them, I’ve watched like atleast 200 of his videos

Anonymous asked: What do you think to Biffy pretty much being the biggest band in Britain now

Jeremy Kyle has been fighting a secret battle against testicular cancer, it emerged yesterday.

But a friend said the 47-year-old father of four had been devastated to discover he had the disease.

‘This has hit him for six,’ the friend added. ‘He’s relatively young and this was the last thing he expected to happen to him.

‘Just by chance he noticed he had a lump and decided to get it checked out.

‘When the doctors told him it was toxic it turned his family’s life upside down. He hopes to be back filming his show soon. He won’t let this beat him.’

Kyle has been married to his second wife Carla, mother of three of his children, for 11 years.

He discovered the lump after flying back from filming the American version of his show.

His spokesman confirmed: ‘Jeremy has recently undergone treatment for testicular cancer and is currently resting abroad.’

The presenter has hosted The Jeremy Kyle Show on ITV for seven and a half years, putting dysfunctional relationships in the spotlight. Many have criticised it for glorifying ‘broken Britain’.

He was unable to attend the National Television Awards ceremony last week where his programme was nominated for best daytime TV show, although it missed out to This Morning.

Testicular cancer affects one man in 450 before the age of 50 and is the most common cancer in men between the ages of 15 and 45.

Karl-Portrait

Karl’s back!

As if being sent around the world three times already by Ricky Gervais in An Idiot Abroad wasn’t enough, everyone’s favourite ‘round-headed buffoon’ is set to do it all again, but this time on his own journey of self-discovery.

Karl Pilkington has turned 40, he”s now officially ‘middle-aged’ and he’s ready to re-assess his life and look at things a little differently (about time, right?).

His new series, The Moaning of Life will see the now very well travelled Karl experience how other cultures face up to some of life’s biggest issues, while at the same time planning for his own future.

I’ve been on the planet for 40 years now, and I’m still none the wiser as to what it’s all about really, Karl said. “I’ve never worried about life’s big questions. People at my age sit about pondering about ‘why are we here?’ The only time I ever asked meself that is when Suzanne booked us a surprise holiday to Lanzarote.”

The Moaning of Life follows the success of home-grown talent at Sky with entertainment shows such asGot to Dance and A League of Their Own, dramas Strike Back and Mad Dogs, comedies Trollied andThis Is Jinsy, and factual shows like Ross Kemp Extreme World and the BAFTA-winning documentary Flying Monsters.

The Moaning of Life will air exclusively on Sky 1 HD in Autumn 2013
